No date, but c.1946. A Good copy in embossed brown cloth of this large photo-illustrated history. There is a damp-stain at the bottom corner margin in the early pages. The binding is tight, the text is clean, and there is little cover wear. Two early newspaper clippings about the author are laid in loosely. Nicely inscribed and signed by the author in 1946.
